И сказал: посему оставит человек отца и мать и прилепится к жене своей, и будут два одною плотью,
and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’b?
and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?
and said, ‘FOR THIS REASON A MAN SHALL LEAVE HIS FATHER AND MOTHER AND BE JOINED TO HIS WIFE, AND THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH’?
And he said, “‘This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.’b
And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?
and said, On account of this a man shall leave father and mother, and shall be united to his wife, and the two shall be one flesh?
